We aim to create wardrobes that will remain INTACT. While we’ll gladly accept any faulty or damaged items, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. 

 

EXCHANGES

We understand sizing is subjective and want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

Please know all shipping fees and charges are the responsibility of the individual. To ensure all items arrive INTACT we encourage you to send these via registered post. We do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or missing. 

For us to accept your return, the item must be:

  • INTACT, complete with original packaging
  • Unworn with tags attached 
  • Free from any dirt, makeup, tan or perfume residue
  • Unwashed and not have present any snags, catches, tears or pulls
  • Lodged within 7 days of receiving items and returned within 30 days.

NOTE: We do not offer exchanges for items purchased on sale.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    If you find your garment isn't INTACT please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email along with your order number and images of the item in question and we will be in touch.
